Concrete demolition
and removal.
Make room for your next project with concrete sawcutting, breakout, removal, and debris hauling. GT Demolition works with Orange County homeowners, general contractors, and specialty trades on focused removals and renovation preparation.
Concrete out.
Next phase ready.
A concrete removal estimate starts with the material, thickness, access, and what needs to remain. We plan the agreed cuts and demolition so your replacement contractor or next trade has the access they need.
- Patio and walkway concrete removal
- Slab breakout and selective concrete removal
- Concrete steps and existing footing removal
- Sawcutting and breakout for planned trade access
- Loading, concrete haul-away, and agreed jobsite cleanup
Plan around what stays
Let us know which walls, slabs, finishes, or landscape areas must remain. We review the removal boundaries and site access before work starts, and coordinate with the next trade when the demolition is part of a larger remodel. New concrete, foundation installation, and utility work are handled by the responsible appropriately licensed contractor.

What to send
for an estimate.
Send photos, the job city, approximate square footage, concrete thickness if known, and access width. Mention reinforcement, nearby utilities, stairs, or any existing footings. We may need a site visit to confirm conditions before finalizing the estimate.

Meet GT Demolition ↗Concrete demolition & removal questions
Can you remove just part of a concrete slab?
We assess selective sawcutting and breakout based on the intended removal boundary, access, and surrounding conditions. Send photos or a marked plan showing what should come out and what must stay.
Is concrete hauling included?
Hauling and cleanup are included when listed in the agreed scope. Tell us whether you need breakout only or demolition, loading, and disposal so the estimate reflects the full job.
Do you remove existing concrete footings?
Yes, we assess existing footing removal as part of the demolition scope. Footing size, depth, reinforcement, nearby structures, and access affect the equipment and estimate.
Do you work with homeowners doing their own renovation?
Yes. We can handle the agreed concrete demolition and removal portion so a homeowner or their next contractor can continue the project.
