Site preparation
with a defined scope.

Our site preparation work supports demolition and residential renovation projects. We review your plans, access, removal needs, and the next contractor’s requirements before confirming which tasks we can include.

  • Dirt removal and soil haul-away
  • Existing landscape and hardscape material removal
  • Concrete breakout to open planned work areas
  • Demolition-related excavation and trenching where appropriately licensed
  • Footing preparation, backfilling, and grading where appropriately licensed and included in the confirmed scope
  • Debris loading and agreed jobsite cleanup

Coordinate before digging

Tell us what the next crew is building or installing and provide any plans, dimensions, and access restrictions. We confirm the licensed scope and coordinate with the contractor responsible for utilities, foundations, drainage, or installation. Required permits, utility locations, engineered fill, compaction, and inspections are addressed as applicable before the relevant work proceeds.

Residential site preparation questions

Do you offer excavation, trenching, backfilling, and grading?

We assess these tasks on small residential and demolition-related projects and include them only where appropriately licensed. The confirmed scope identifies the work we will perform and what remains with the responsible trade.

Can you remove dirt after demolition?

Yes. We assess soil and dirt haul-away based on material type, volume, loading access, and disposal requirements. Share photos and approximate quantities if available.

Can you prepare an area for a new footing?

Send the plans and dimensions so we can review the removal and preparation work. Any footing preparation is included only where appropriately licensed; the contractor responsible for the new foundation handles its installation requirements.

Do you install utility lines or new foundations?

The site preparation scope is coordinated with the contractor responsible for utility installation, foundations, and rebuilding. Those installation tasks remain with the appropriately licensed trade.

Do you take on pool demolition?

Pool demolition is considered selectively after a site review. Access, permits, disconnections, disposal, and any engineered fill or compaction requirements determine whether a project is a fit.
