We confirm removal boundaries and protection requirements before starting. On selective projects, that may include preserving designated trim, protecting furniture and flooring, or working around retained components. We coordinate the demolition handoff with the contractor responsible for rebuilding. Structural changes, utility disconnections, and any materials requiring special handling must be identified when planning the work.

Yes. We assess tile, engineered hardwood, glued flooring, and agreed underlayment removal. The material, area, substrate, and required removal depth determine the scope.
Can you preserve existing trim or adjacent finishes?
Tell us exactly what needs to stay. We review preservation and protection needs before estimating and include the agreed measures in the scope.
How do you handle dust and debris?
We plan containment, surface protection, debris handling, and cleanup around the specific job. Let us know whether the property is occupied and which rooms or access paths need protection.
